With seven motel units, six inn rooms and six fully furnished apartments, the Skywood Manor is suited for both short-term and long-term rentals.
During the winter months, rentals start with a one-week minimum. However, apartments are available at monthly rates.
During the summer months, rooms become available for nightly and weekend stays.
Online reservations will be accepted anytime after Memorial Day.

Inn rooms start at $60 per night
$40 tax deposit is required for long-term rentals. This deposit is refundable after a six month period of rental. Long term rentals also require a background check and a non-refundable security deposit of $540, to be paid in advance.
All rooms are subject the the 8% NH Meals and Lodging Tax.
Check-in starts at 1pm. Check-out is by 12 noon.
Children are always welcomed.
The Skywood Manor is a non-smoking establishment. Pets are best left at home.
